Wellness is a journey.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Understanding the Four Dimensions of Wellness<\/h3>\n<p>Here at\u00a0<strong>Raffles Wellness<\/strong>, we believe wellness can only be complete when the following are in place \u2013\u00a0<strong>physical<\/strong>\u00a0wellness,\u00a0<strong>mental<\/strong>\u00a0wellness,\u00a0<strong>social<\/strong>\u00a0wellness, and\u00a0<strong>intellectual<\/strong>\u00a0wellness.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Physical Wellness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Physical wellness is all about recognising the need for physical activity and adopting healthy eating and sleeping habits, to prevent illness and injury.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Wellness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Social wellness is all about building meaningful relationships and developing a sense of belonging and connection.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Mental Wellness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mental wellness is all about mental health. It is about how you handle life\u2019s stresses, manage your emotions and behaviours, and build resiliency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intellectual Wellness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Intellectual wellness is all about personal growth. This means pursuing new learning opportunities and gaining new knowledge and skillsets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>How to Achieve Wellness in Your Life<\/h3>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>four dimensions<\/strong>\u00a0of wellness play a pivotal role in determining our overall well-being.
